Dr. Scott B. Phillips, M.D., is a neurosurgeon with a strong background in academic training and military service. He earned his B.A. from the University of Kentucky and his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. After completing a rigorous seven-year neurosurgery residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, he served four years as a staff neurosurgeon with the U.S. Air Force in San Antonio. In 2017, he transitioned to private practice and now provides advanced neurosurgical care to patients in Wichita Falls and North Texas.
