Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email during our business hours. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, as visits are by appointment only.

Record & Imaging

Please bring recent imaging results such as MRI or CT scans. If your imaging was done elsewhere, have the facility send it directly to our office before your visit to avoid delays.

You will be cared for by Dr. Phillips and a dedicated support team committed to your comfort and understanding. Our staff will walk you through every step of the process and answer your questions.

Getting There

Our clinic is located at 1106 Travis Street, Suite 120, Wichita Falls, TX 76301. Parking is available on-site, and directions can be provided when your appointment is confirmed.

Checking In

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete any final paperwork. Bring a photo ID, insurance card, and any required referral forms. Our front desk will check you in promptly.
